We currently have one director. We are recruiting two independent directors and will have them in place by 31 October 2026. Their names will be published here.

We publish this because NEEF works in the same sector. People should be able to see it and judge for themselves.
How we keep NEEF separate
- NEEF never recommends, names or refers a resident to any company owned by a NEEF director.
- Information residents give us stays with NEEF. It is never shared with, sold to, or used by any commercial company.
- NEEF does not take commission, referral fees or payment from installers, contractors or suppliers.
- If NEEF ever needs to buy something from a company connected to a director, we get three quotes, that director takes no part in the decision, and we record it in our annual report.
- No grant funding will be paid to a company owned by a director.
- Our website was built by our director and donated at no cost.
Reporting
Our first community interest company report, CIC34, is due [the actual date]. We will publish it here alongside our accounts.
