This is NEEF’s current live paid service, separate from the North East Warm Homes Loan. Carbon and energy reduction projects are a funding project route, not a separate carbon consultancy or technical survey offer.
Our hands-on support includes:

Explaining requirements and deadlines.
Preparing project proposals, budgets and evidence.
Preparing applications and supporting applicants to submit.
Funder questions or revisions only where expressly included in the agreed scope.

Prepare your application
You have a clear point of contact throughout. Fees are agreed privately before substantive paid preparation; standard scope covers one selected straightforward application. You approve all facts, figures and declarations and normally submit the application yourself, unless NEEF submission has been expressly authorised and agreed in writing. Funder questions and revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Funding decisions rest with the funder; no grant is guaranteed.
