The two first-phase practical delivery pillars support five community benefit themes: Energy Awareness, Warmer Homes, Lower Bills, Green Skills and Community Benefit.
Proposed commissioned local sessions would explain home energy in everyday words, help people work out where to go next, and include a follow-up call six weeks later. Warmer homes and lower bills are what we are aiming for.
